# analyize_discovery.py

🔍 Features:
|
|
|
|
Load pipe-delimited output files from your discovery script.
|
|
|
|
Display a statistical summary including:
|
|
|
|
Unique study and accession counts.
|
|
|
|
Grouped accession counts (1→many).
|
|
|
|
Counts of missing or flagged data (QA, TEST).
|
|
|
|
Modality distribution: CR, DX, CT, MR, NM, US, XA, PR, SC, OT, and "Other".
|
|
|
|
🖥️ How to Use:
|
|
|
|
Save this script as analyize_discovery.py.
|
|
|
|
Run it normally or with pythonw/pyinstaller --noconsole.
|
|
|
|
Click "Select and Analyze Output File" and choose your discovery .txt file.
|
|
|
|
The tool displays a summary in a popup window. |
